Insurance and Billing

Heartland Pathology services are billed to the patient and/or the patient’s insurance carrier. We accept all insurance carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid, and have an indigent patient policy designed to help those in need.

Please include patient insurance information with the requisition form when sending a specimen to us.
